Remember Pear OS ? I think that many people will remember the last distribution Pear OS 8 , the French developer, based on the Ubuntu 13.04 , with the design of the desktop and applications approximate to the MacOS X , which was sold to a company whose name is still not known.

In the past, the Portuguese designer Rodrigo Marques has created a clone of the operating system Pear Linux OS and published it on the well known hosting SourceForge.net also under the name PearOS version 9.3 .
PearOS 9.3 based on packet-based Ubuntu 14.04.1 LTS and will be supported, as well as Ubuntu , before 2019 .

PearOS 9.3 based on the environment Gnome-Shell , and also uses the design of the last edition of the default MacOS X El Capitain .
